I'm Gina, a psychologist in Bundaberg. I support adults exploring gender, sexuality and identity. I also help with everyday challenges like stress, anxiety, habits, and feeling stuck.
Based in Bundaberg, with in-person and telehealth sessions available Australia-wide.
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step. You might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of yourself, or finding that patterns like anxiety, stress, or habits aren’t shifting despite your efforts. I offer a calm, supportive space where you can better understand yourself and begin to make meaningful, realistic changes.
I work with adults in two key areas:
Gender, Sexuality & Identity
A safe, affirming space to explore who you are.
Gender identity and affirmation support
Sexuality and self-understanding
Exploring identity at your own pace
Support that is respectful and non-judgmental
Everyday Challenges & Behaviour Change
Practical support for the things that feel hard to shift.
Stress and feeling overwhelmed
Anxiety and overthinking
Emotional eating and habits
Low motivation or feeling stuck
Life transitions and changes
My approach is warm, practical, and focused on helping you understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviour patterns. Together, we’ll explore what may be keeping you stuck and develop strategies that feel realistic and manageable in your everyday life.
I work best with people experiencing everyday concerns or exploring identity, rather than complex or crisis-based presentations.
If you’re looking for a space to better understand yourself and make meaningful, realistic changes, you’re welcome to get in touch.
