Pregnancy Counselling
It is assumed this phase in a person's life is a time full of excitement and joy. But this is not always the case due to individual circumstances.
Combining my knowledge and experience in Midwifery and Psychology, I offer you my professional expertise and give support for people facing challenges relating to pregnancy whether you are preconception, are currently or for a past pregnancy.
Through empathetic, attentive and non-judgmental counselling, I help people explore and understand their own situations, values, and facilitate their decision-making process. The range of concerns that people could be experiencing in relation to pregnancy, include: working and financial circumstances; social or relationship difficulties; personal values; emotional factors such as anxiety or low-mood.

I encourage you to develop your overall strengths and abilities. Whether it is for personal development or professional growth, you will be provided support and motivation to achieve your desired goals.

Personal development focuses on increasing your self-awareness. This involves looking at life goals, personal challenges and long-standing aspirations.
